USA BMX INFORMATION
"Stay to Save" (ARN) Discount Codes

Riders book their rooms first, and then register for the event. Booking through TTS allows the riders to receive a "Stay to Save" (or ARN) discount code to use on their registration for the event.

Riders must use their code to sign up for the event by 5pm AZ time, the Tuesday the week of the event.

Codes are now the guests' Pipe-IDs

One discount code can be used for up to TWO riders. If a family has more than two riders, they need to email jen@usabmx.com to request an exception for the third rider.

For reservations that were booked prior to the BMX API going live, those guests received a code beginning with BMX- (ex. BMX-0123456). You can view these reservations and codes HERE.

"Deposit"
There will be a $14-$19 non-refundable "deposit" per night, charged at the time of booking. This is in addition to the rate advertised on the booking site. This is the same deposit that BMX riders have been accustomed to paying in the past. The only difference is that our system doesn't currently allow us to take the deposit out of the advertised rate. The advertised rates on the booking site have been adjusted accordingly, so that they are $14-$19 LESS than the contracted rate at the hotel. For example, if we contract a rate of $114 with the hotel, we will advertise it on the booking site as $100, and then the guest will pay the $14 per night when they book their reservation.
