TEAM EXPERIENCE INFO

Team Block Extensions:

 

  • Non-Stay-to-Play events (All non-Varsity clients, Varsity Housing Rewards, Varsity Housing Offered) - Blocks can be extended 3-5 days, use your best judgement for what is needed for that team. Ultimately, the goal is for the team to book all rooms in the quickest amount of time. The longer the rooms sit, the more likely the chance of a parent “forgetting” to book.
     

  • Stay-to-Play events (Varsity Housing Required, Varsity Housing Required - Super Nationals) - Teams can be granted a 24 hour extension, but must meet the criteria. At least 70% of the rooms must be booked in order to qualify for an extension.
